Can I share a device with a friend and have my own game and progress?

 

Yes! If you are synced, your progress will be saved, and can be loaded on other supported devices. To load your game, simply tap the Settings Gear icon, tap the Facebook icon, then follow the log in steps.


 


If you share a phone or tablet, remember to log out when you are done!

Yes! Even if you do not play on Facebook, syncing has strong advantages:


Sync to play your game on multiple devices, such as your iPad and iPhone.

Syncing allows you to troubleshoot, and saves your game in case your device is lost or damaged.

How Do I Contact Support?

 

A Link to Support is available in your Mobile game.


Tap Settings > Info, and then Support to open the Support site.


 


Or, you can go to our website at kitchenscramblemobile.rockyou.com. From there, click the 'Log In' button at the top right corner of the site to log in to your Facebook account. 


 


You will not be able to contact support without a Facebook login account. Once you are logged in, to submit a ticket, start by entering a search term here. Click on the 'Go!' button and at the very top of the page click on 'Create Support Ticket' button. Fill out all the information requested and submit your ticket. Depending on the volume of support requests at the time of submitting your request, reply times can vary. Most replies are received within 3 business days.


 


For users who are experiencing crashes or who are unable to load their game, please also include the following information:


Provide your Game ID. If you are synced, this is your Facebook ID.

Provide your device type 

iPad 1 or iPad 2

iPhone 4, 4s, 5

Android

Provide your Mobile OS version (ex. iOS 5, 6, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean)

Please explain what you were doing in the game when you experienced the issue

If you have them available, a Device crash log

What if I share a mobile device?

 

If you share a mobile device with family or friends, it’s easy! Just enter the game, and log out of Facebook.


 


Then, go to settings and tap the blue Connect to Facebook button. Log into your own Facebook account to load your Kitchen Scramble game.


- Make sure to log out when you are done!

- Make sure to log in, before playing! Any progress you make while the game is not logged in, won’t be saved to your game account!
